M&P Solutions is a firearms safety company.  Our goal will be to educate customers beyond the classroom of the Concealed Carry course. 

 
Eric Payne, a military veteran, started M&P Solutions after working in firearms for over 10yrs.  Working as a Certified Range Safety Officer, I had the privilege of seeing how educating customers with proper firearms safety, builds confidence, and most importantly allows the customer to carry on that information, and show a safe way to handle firearms.

Joshua McNair, is an Air Force Veteran, with over 10 years experience with fire arms, five years as a fire arms instructor and a Certified NRA instructor.  Our goal is to provide safe training for anyone at any level of shooting.
